In Case the SBM has anything to tell me, kindly PUT IT ON PAPER and Send it to me. All my contact details are available to authorities.[C] I also precise that while searching to save modest amounts at SICOM (buying units) and Mutual Aid ( flexi deposit small amount monthly) , each time it was the MAUBANK that I was mentioning. I recall the SICOM saying 'supposedly it was the bank's fault' and when I went to Maubank, they never got any letter from SICOM.SICOM/ MIE/ Mutual Aid/Police etc all are behaving in the same manners. [D] I recall some years ago, during previous regime, a SIMILAR sort of situation was happening ; people wearing SBM hat in RAGE coming towards me.and I recall writing to the SBM and saying the SAME thing ; in case the SBM has anything to tell me, kindly contact me.I NEVER got any letter from SBM on the issue and we all know where they are today. ALL OUT and NEW people at SBM. [E] Kindly add this SMALL DETAILS also to my COMPLAINT to SBM and dossier Me v/s Mauritius Civil Service Mutual Aid Ltd(a) At those PREVIOUS times I had contacted SBM, in previous Regime, there were issues about ' daughters of Politics' (b) I recall saying it at those days and AGAIN say it, I maintain my ONLY VERSION;(i) I have NEVER and STILL have no interest in anyone from or Related to Politics of any sides/ Legal background/ Creole GP/ Muslim/ UK/ France etc..and politicians should not DRAG me into their Scandals and 'magouilles'. (ii) I do not wish to have any sort of relationship with anyone from or related to Politics of any sides.(iii) I recall Politicians were mentioning of MONEY ; my reply EVEN IF POLITICS PAY ME ALSO, I still do not wish to have any sort of relationship with anyone from or related to Politics of any sides. DIRTY/ UGLY / DISHONEST people NO THANK YOU. Some have the reputation of STEALING and HIDING and we all know that there is nothing DIRTIER than a woman who hides money.(iv) I often mention that and again say it; There is 'a certain TRIO Sonali-CHAYA-Vanessa' who each time say that supposedly their husbands will come to refund me a Cheque.I MAINTAIN my version , once again I say that NO ONE has ever refunded any fees with any Cheques.This Cheque story reminds me of the Case my late father Vijay who was a former CID Police officer has solved. There was a couple residing nearby the primary school at Sodnac SVR who were ARRESTED by my father for issuing 'Cheque en bois' and when my late father passed away they came to harass me late mother Kritya. Its a VENDETTA. I do not give in to any form of BLACKMAIL and I do not see why I should pay any Mr RAVI from Mahebourg.

Say No to Discrimination, Casteism, Partiality and Cronyism in the Education Sector 'get figir donn pwin' , ' nou bann avan'
Education must be a symbol of justice, equality and human dignity, not a breeding ground for discrimination, casteism and cronyism. Every student and education professional deserves equal treatment, respect and opportunities, regardless of social background, caste, community, personal relationships or circumstances. Schools and educational institutions must uphold meritocracy, transparency and fairness rather than favouritism, prejudice and abuse of authority.
Discrimination against individuals because they have a case before the courts is particularly concerning. The fundamental legal principle of presumption of innocence establishes that a person is innocent until proven guilty by a competent court. However, in some educational environments, individuals may experience the opposite treatment: they are effectively considered guilty until proven innocent. Such prejudgment undermines dignity, professional integrity and the principle of natural justice. A pending court case should not automatically become a justification for discrimination or unfair treatment. Equally important is fairness in assessment. Students and professionals must be evaluated according to transparent criteria, objective evidence and consistent standards, without personal bias, caste-based prejudice, favouritism or retaliation. Academic results, professional performance and career opportunities should reflect genuine merit and demonstrated competence. Ultimately, education leaders have a moral and professional responsibility to challenge injustice, protect equality and promote accountability. Say no to discrimination, casteism and cronyism. Say yes to fairness, integrity, equal opportunity and justice. An educational institution can claim excellence only when it treats every individual with dignity and impartiality.
Fairness in assessment is fundamental to educational integrity. The Mauritian expression “Get figir donn pwin” (awarding marks according to one’s personal perception of the individual rather than the quality of the work) reflects a troubling form of assessment bias. Marks must be awarded on the basis of the content, demonstrated knowledge, established marking criteria and objective evidence, not on personal relationships, caste, social background, favouritism or hostility towards the candidate. When personal prejudice influences assessment, meritocracy is undermined, deserving individuals are disadvantaged, and public confidence in educational institutions is weakened. Every assessor has an ethical responsibility to remain impartial, apply consistent standards and justify marks through transparent criteria. An individual's face, identity or personal circumstances must never determine the value of their work.
The mentality of “Nou bann avan” (“Our people first”) must never take precedence over meritocracy in education. Educational institutions are not the private property of any caste, community, social group or network of personal connections. Opportunities, appointments, promotions, recognition and assessment results must be determined by competence, qualifications, performance and objective criteria—not by the identity of the individual or their connections.
The principle योग्यता को प्राथमिकता — Meritocracy First calls for a culture in which merit prevails over favouritism, cronyism and discrimination. No individual should be rewarded merely because they belong to “our group”, nor disadvantaged because they belong to another. True educational excellence begins when fairness is universal, standards are transparent and every individual is judged by the quality of their work.
“To pa mars avek mwa, mo pa travay pou twa” — “You do not walk with me, so I do not work for you.” This expression reflects the dangers of political partiality, favouritism and exclusion. Public service must never become a reward for loyalty or a punishment for disagreement. Politicians are elected to serve the entire population, not merely their supporters, friends or political allies. Every citizen deserves equal treatment, respect and access to opportunities, regardless of political affiliation. True leadership requires integrity, fairness and impartiality. Ultimately, public service is a responsibility to all, not a privilege for a chosen few.

Ref doc 244 , 28 09 26 To (a) Ministry of Financial Services and Economic Planning (b) Ministry of Finance (c) Transparency Mauritius [A] I wish to notify the Ministries of (a) Financial Services and Economic Planning and (b) Finance and (c) Transparency Mauritius of this disturbing , humiliating and denigrating incident. [B] Following the Financial Discrimination, I was subjected by an agent of the Mauritius Civil Service Mutual Aid ltd, whereby the agent REFUSED my application for a simple FLEXI PLUS deposit (monthly) because I have a pending COURT case, I had to REPORT the matter to the EOC/FCC/FIU. A report was also sent to their internal Complaint section of Mutual Aid. [C] Their Customer Charter mentions of FAIRNESS and ACCOUNTABILITY but their own agent behaves unfairly and even denigrates and humiliates me by labelling me as ' BLACKLISTED and HIGH RISKS' despite informing him that my LEGAL WAR has nothing to do with finance but ICTA nature involving HORSES/ PRIVATE SCHOOL/POLICE/Former UOM student union etc.... They do not use their BRAIN , what will happen when I WIN. [D] I hope the authorities will take the appropriate actions. These people of Mauritius Civil Service Mutual Aid ltd should be lucky to have a job while many are sleeping drunk jobless at home, in hospital etc... [E] The Mauritius Civil Service Mutual Aid ltd forgets that just infront of the at nearby CASERN, their OWN Hon Minister of Finance and Prime Minister , Dr Hon Ramgoolam and his 'KOF' were dragged to Casern and at date he is still in COURT CASE pertaining to financial matters . Same for former PM Jugnauth. And me, for simple ICTA matters involving HORSES/ PRIVATE SCHOOL/POLICE/Former UOM student union etc.... , nothing to do with FINANCE , he persists and put ' BLACKLISTED and HIGH RISKS'. I CANNOT accept this remark since my money is CLEAN and reputation FLAWLESS. [F] I understand why the US-UK are very reluctant to finalise the CHAGOS DEAL with Mauritius.
